Back Ground: Feb 2020 I joined Big Block as Zillow Acquisitions Manager. Business was great until COVID-19 hit March of 2020 and Zillow could not buy homes. This was posted April 25, 2020. During COVID Big Block became the # Sacramento Brokerage.

  • I have been Sales manager and Trainer at RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and Offerpad.
  • I was Lead Agent for a New Home Development: More than 100 homes sold.
  • I have managed transactions for Trusts, Probate, Limited Partnerships, and IRA held properties.

    I have sold custom home lots, bare land, and Rural homes. 

  • I have owned my own Investment Properties.

  • When Zillow was buying homes, I was the Acquisitions manager, personally putting more than 700 homes into escrow with Zillow as the buyer.
  • As Preferred Contingent agent for a New Homes retirement community, I specialized in helping Seniors sell their current home, to segue into a better place with supportive services as needed.
  • When the market crashed, I worked on an REO team, processing more than 100 REO homes. REO stands for Real Estate Owned properties. This means that a foreclosed property has been reclaimed from a former mortgage (or trust deed) holder by a bank, lender or government agency.
  • I have Helped buyers and sellers with Investment Properties, including Condos, Duplexes and Fourplexes, and Single Family Homes.  I teamed with "Flippers" finding the right property, and coordinating rehabilitation.
  • Handled dozens of 1031 Exchange properties. 
  • I have handled remote sales, for out of state investors.
  • When COVID hit, and many agents sat home, I listed more than a dozen properties in the first few months. Getting offers in hand before anyone entered a property, protecting my clients health. 
  • When buyers were bidding up prices, I was right there, with one property with 77 cash offers, selling for $140k over list.  Another property negotiated withdrawing it from the market in the middle of an open house, for $151k over list, sales price over a million.
